Fitness Down Under is a workout you will look forward to!

For anyone wanting to have a productive workout and have fun at the same time, Fitness Down Under is for you! Adrian will work with you at your level while pushing you to improve. I play tennis and he has worked with me on stamina as well as sports conditioning. I highly recommend Adrian. He is very professional, always on time, dedicated to your workout and on top of that, he does it with a wonderful personality. I do think after working out with Adrian, I am in the best shape I have ever been! For once this summer, I'm not terrified to put a swimsuit on! An added bonus is that added bonus is you learn some Australian lingo along the way!
Pros: A fun workout!
Cons: You are sore after the workouts....but that does mean it's working!

Adrian Can't Be Beat!

I've been training with Adrian twice a week since March. Before I started, I was in a rut with my exercise routines, so I needed a trainer who would get me out of my boredom and take me to the next level...Adrian has done just that! No two sessions are ever the same, and the variety has kept me motivated and challenged. He is very committed to his work and is always full of energy and focused on the session...I've never seen him have an off day! In terms of scheduling, he is very flexible and accomodating, and he has NEVER been late to a session (like I have been sometimes)! On top of that, he is a wonderful and respectable person...very professional, fun, friendly, and engaging. He's the best!!

Adrian is Five Star

I started training with Adrian in April, about 12 weeks ago, after about three months of piddling around in a gym on my own. I was in decent shape at the time, running about 3-4 times a week and doing mild work-outs with weights on my own. Within four weeks of working out with Adrian, I began to see results, and I have yet to plateau. With the exception of diagonal cable pull-downs -- must be one of his personal favs -- I seldom do the same exercises twice, and we've never repeated a routine. In 30 minutes, I manage to work and exhaust almost every muscle group. The sessions are fast-paced and front-loaded with cardio then lots of weights and balancing exercises followed by abs and stretching. He is excellent at varying workout regimens for emphasizing certain muscle groups, avoiding an injured muscle or containing the occasionally sleepy-head (okay, hungover) client. Adrian is the best trainer and instructor I've ever had. I've recommended him to friends, and I hope to remain his client for a long time. I'm grateful to him for managing to rid the past two winters' worth of snacks, when four-mile jogs and light work-outs just didn't manage to do the trick.
Pros: Fun, Motivating, Focused
Cons: Believes in breaking a sweat

I train with Adrian usually 2 times a week and I love it! He keeps me totally engaged in my workout by changing the routine every vist and maintaining a brisk flow of exercise. I have benefited from his attention to detail while teaching me the proper way of exercising in the gym and also by the at home programs he has developed for me to do while on my own. I look forward to my sessions with Adrian because he challenges me and encourages me in EVERY session.
